These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed on wault.online (the “Store”), operated by WAULT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (UEN 202536541N) (“WAULT.TECH”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Availability

  • Products are brand new and in their original packaging unless the listing clearly marks them as used or refurbished.
  • Product images are for illustration. Specifications may change at the manufacturer’s discretion.
  • All orders are subject to stock availability. We may correct errors in listings, pricing or availability. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund it in full.
  • Software, licences and subscriptions are included only where the listing states it.

2. Pricing and GST

  • All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST is charged at the prevailing rate and shown separately at checkout and on the tax invoice.
  • GST Registration No.: 202536541N.

3. Orders and Payment

  • An order is a request to purchase. A contract is formed only once we confirm that payment has been received.
  • We accept payment by PayNow only, to UEN 202536541N (WAULT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED), quoting the order number as reference. Please email your payment advice to ar.sg@wault.tech. We do not accept other payment methods, including cards, cheques and cash.
  • We may cancel orders that remain unpaid 3 business days after they are placed.
  • Title to the goods passes to the Customer only once payment has been received in full.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver within Singapore only. Standard delivery costs S$15 per order (plus GST). Delivery is free for orders of S$300 and above, before GST.
  • We arrange delivery once payment is confirmed. Delivery dates are estimates, and we are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
  • Please check the goods on delivery and report any shortage or visible transit damage within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.

5. Warranty

  • New products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Its terms and service process are set by the manufacturer or its authorised service centre. Where helpful, we will assist in lodging warranty claims.
  • Used or refurbished products are clearly marked as such. Each carries the condition grade and warranty period stated on its listing, running from the date of delivery. Items marked “Sold as-is” carry no warranty beyond Section 6.
  • Warranties do not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or modification, consumables, software issues, viruses or data loss.
  • To make a warranty claim, email support@helpdesk.wault.tech with your order number and a description of the fault.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • If an item is dead on arrival (DOA), is faulty on arrival, or does not match its listing, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind. Items that have been opened, used or specially ordered cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  • Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories and documentation.
  • We make approved refunds to the originating account within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

7. Your Data

Before you return any device for warranty or refund, back up and remove your data. We are not responsible for data left on a returned device.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Except as these Terms expressly state, all warranties, conditions and representations, express or implied, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the goods giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that consumers cannot lawfully waive, including rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 and the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These include acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, supply shortages, and failure of third-party infrastructure, couriers or utilities.

10. Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Singapore govern these Terms. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over the dispute.

11. General

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Each order is governed by the version published on the Store at the time the order was placed.
  • Where a business purchase is made under a separately signed agreement with WAULT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, that agreement governs the purchase.
